Notes
The vintage of 2010 marks our very first release of North Coast
Moscato. Made from the classic grape of Muscat Canelli, this
wine exhibits the intense floral and fruity aromas that the variety
is famous for. The grapes were picked at the peak of their
flavor on a cool morning in late September before being brought to
the winery to be whole cluster pressed. The juice then
settled for 48 hours before being moved into a stainless steel
fermentation tank. After a long, cool fermentation, the wine
was racked several times before being filtered and bottled in April
of 2011.

Pairing
Delicious as an aperitif all by itself, our North Coast Moscato
is also an excellent accompaniment to fruit flavored deserts such
as raspberry sherbet, lemon cake, or peach cobbler.
